At Warren Gymnastics Center we feel that every child can benefit from
gymnastics! Most people are aware of the physical benefits which include
strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, posture, & gracefulness. Some
other things kids can gain through gymnastics are: determination,
perseverance, poise, concentration, a positive outlook on physical activity &
perhaps most importantly, confidence. All of these aspects can carry over
into other areas of their lives now & into their futures. We feel that these
benefits are made possible because of our achievement-oriented,
progression-based programs & our positive, fun, nurturing, learning environment.
